Norris will lead the company's product development and product management organizations. Previously, Norris served as VP of engineering at Legato Systems, where she oversaw an engineering organization that supported Legato's growth following its initial public offering from $29 million in 1995 to $228 million in 1999. "Maureen's tremendous experience in delivering world-class products and creating and implementing product strategies will further strengthen Personify's management team in helping customers achieve their e-business objectives," says CEO Love Goel.
